Malaysia Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Fortune111 ("Platform", "We"). This agreement takes effect when you complete the Fortune111 account registration process, make your first deposit, or use any service provided by Fortune111.

By using the Fortune111 platform — whether for Sports Betting on Malaysia Super League football, IPL cricket, BWF badminton, e-sports, Live Casino, slots, roulette, or any other product — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms set out in this document, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy Fortune111, which forms part of this agreement.

Fortune111 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the platform following such notice will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

To be eligible to register and use the Fortune111 platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Fortune111 takes underage gambling seriously and reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
• Be located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gambling activities. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your participation is lawful under applicable local regulations.
• Not listed as a voluntarily or compulsorily self-excluded individual from Fortune111 or any related gambling platform.
• Not an employee, contractor, or party directly associated with Fortune111's operations or our business partners.
• Register for personal use only and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

Fortune111 reserves the right to verify member eligibility at any time and may request KYC identity verification documents such as a valid MyKad or Malaysian passport.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Fortune111 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or devices — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. Fortune111 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration details submitted by a member.

You are solely responsible for keeping your Fortune111 account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Fortune111 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players, all in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Deposits and withdrawals are available, with credits received within 30 seconds.
• GrabPay — Deposits and withdrawals are available.
• DuitNow — Instant transfers to and from supported bank accounts.
• Boost — Deposits available.
• ShopeePay — Deposits available.
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks) — Online bank transfer.

Minimum Deposit: RM30. No processing fees are charged on deposits. Minimum Withdrawal: RM50. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for regular members and faster for Fortune111 VIP members. Each account is entitled to one (1) free withdrawal per day — additional withdrawals may be subject to internal review.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Fortune111 does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawals will be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit, subject to the required security checks.

Fortune111 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawal processing in order to carry out necessary security checks or KYC verification. In cases requiring further investigation, this period may be extended. Members will be notified via email or live chat of any such delays.

The Fortune111 Sports Betting platform covers more than 20 sports categories, including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, IPL cricket, BWF World Tour badminton, esports, tennis, NBA basketball, Formula 1, and more. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on Fortune111:

• Confirmed bets are final — Once a bet slip is confirmed by the Fortune111 system, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Review all details — including odds, amount, and event — before confirming.
• In-play betting (live matches) — Subject to availability and current odds. Fortune111 reserves the right to temporarily suspend in-play markets during technical disruptions or uncertainty over an event's outcome.
• Suspended or cancelled events — If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled before the minimum specified time has elapsed, all bets on that event will be refunded at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).
• Odds errors — Fortune111 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical errors. Affected members will be notified and stakes fully refunded.
• Betting limits — The minimum bet is RM5. Maximum limits vary by sport, event, and market, and are shown on the bet slip. Limits for Fortune111 VIP members are higher than standard limits.

Sport-specific rules — including how handicaps are calculated, minimum time conditions for a bet to be valid, and how bet outcomes are determined — are available in the Sports Rules section of the Fortune111 platform.

Fortune111 offers a live casino with real dealers, slot games from leading providers, roulette, and virtual sports. The following general rules apply:

• Game fairness — All Fortune111 slot games use a certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). Live Casino games operate with approved hardware and procedures.
• Connection interruption — Fortune111 is not liable for losses arising from internet connection drops or browser closures on the member's end during a live casino session. However, Fortune111's system is designed to restore the correct game state once the connection is re-established.
• Casino betting limits — Live Casino games have varying minimum and maximum limits depending on the table and game type. These limits are clearly displayed before you join any table.
• Progressive jackpot — Progressive jackpot winnings in Fortune111 slots are subject to internal verification. Fortune111 reserves the right to void jackpot wins that are proven to result from technical errors or system bug exploitation.

Fortune111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members, weekly cashback for VIP members, and seasonal promotions tied to major sporting events. The following general terms apply to all Fortune111 bonuses:

• Wagering requirement — All Fortune111 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• One bonus per member — The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account, phone number, address, and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus combination — Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Fortune111 reserves the right to void any bonus claimed in an unauthorised manner or in breach of the stated terms.
• Bonus validity period — All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will be automatically forfeited without further notice.
• Minimum wagering requirements for bonuses — Bets placed at very low odds (typically below 1.50 for Sports Betting) may not count towards meeting bonus wagering requirements.

Fortune111 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. The latest promotions can be viewed in the Promotions section of the Fortune111 platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Fortune111 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and manipulation — This includes the use of bots, automated scripts, or any other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage over Fortune111 or other players.
• Money laundering — Using the Fortune111 platform to transfer, conceal, or launder illegally obtained funds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Exploitation of system errors — Exploiting bugs, odds errors, or system vulnerabilities within Fortune111 for unfair gain is prohibited. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
• Syndicate betting and systematic arbitrage — Participation in betting syndicates or the systematic and repeated use of arbitrage strategies intended to exploit odds discrepancies is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing or selling your account — A Fortune111 account is strictly for the personal use of the registered owner. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other party is prohibited.
• Use of VPN or proxy — Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your true location in order to bypass regional restrictions is prohibited.

Fortune111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• False or misleading registration information.
• Suspicious activity suggesting fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation.
• Self-exclusion requests for responsible gambling reasons.

Members may also request the closure of their Fortune111 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at support@fortune111.xyz. For member-initiated account closures, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses still subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

The Fortune111 platform is provided "as is". While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability. Fortune111 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from service interruptions, scheduled system maintenance, or technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from internet connection issues or equipment failure on the member's end.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party due to your failure to keep your password confidential.
• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member based on information obtained from sources outside of Fortune111.

Under all circumstances, Fortune111's total maximum liability to any member in any given period shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

• Daily / weekly / monthly deposit limits — Set limits that suit your budget within your Fortune111 account settings.

• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion — Members may request a temporary self-exclusion (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion through Fortune111 customer support.

Continued use of the Fortune111 platform after the effective date of any changes to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. It is the member's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable version.
